Three days on a private estate, and 32 of you stay

Check My Weekend →
Is this for you?

Greystone is for you if you...

Want three days, not one

Their words: a curated three-day celebration. A welcome dinner the night before, the wedding, and a recovery day by the pool, for the 32 people staying with you.

Want the whole estate, and nobody else on it

Your wedding is the only event on the estate. No other guests, no shared spaces, from the olive-lined driveway to the games room after the last song.

Want a plan for rain that looks like the plan

The Air Pavilion holds 125 under cover with the gardens either side, then becomes the cocktail space. The function room is air conditioned, with a generator.

Want everyone in one place

The Main House sleeps 14, Gow House 8, the two cottages 10: fifteen king suites, every one with its own ensuite, all a short walk from the dance floor.

Ten acres, and all of it yours

Meet the owners

Hi, we’re Tony and Melissa

Greystone Estate is our labour of love. What began as a dream in 2018 is now ten acres on Hermitage Road with three houses, a purpose-built function room, an open-air pavilion and a pool, and a team that runs it with us: Meg, Imogen and Hannah on the weddings, Julia leading the catering and Gary in the kitchen.

We believe luxury isn’t about excess, it’s about refinement. Beauty in the way the light falls through the trees at sunset, in the hush before a ceremony, in the quiet of early morning when the whole estate belongs to you, your family and your guests. That is why it is only ever one wedding at a time, and why we built it for three days rather than one.

Pick a time below and we’ll call you: your date, your numbers, and which of the houses your people will take. Then come and walk the estate with us.

In case you’re wondering

Up to 125 seated in the function room, or 150 cocktail style, with higher numbers by request and some limits on the table set-up. The Air Pavilion takes 125 for the ceremony, and 100 ceremony chairs are included. Thirty-two guests sleep on the estate.
Greystone runs all-inclusive three-day packages that cover the accommodation for 32, the staff, the styling essentials and the furniture, tailored to your weekend. The 2027 and 2028 packages, with pricing, come with your availability check.
The in-house team led by Julia, with Gary as head chef, during the wedding hours, with beverage packages and Greystone’s own wines. Outside the wedding hours you can use the team privately or bring your own food and drinks for the welcome dinner and the recovery day.
The Air Pavilion is undercover for up to 125, so the ceremony stays outdoors and dry, and it turns into the cocktail space straight after. The reception is inside the purpose-built, air-conditioned function room, which has its own generator.
A 3pm ceremony start is recommended, with a standard event of seven and a half hours; earlier starts are possible within that. Afterwards, you and the 32 guests staying on can keep going in the games room.
On the estate: the Main House sleeps 14 in seven king suites, Gow House sleeps 8 in four, and the two cottages sleep 10. Every suite has its own ensuite and air conditioning. Guests beyond 32 stay nearby on Hermitage Road.
For the ceremony and the photos, on a leash. Dogs aren’t permitted inside the accommodation or the function room.
Yes, apart from the upstairs of the cottages. Gow House has ramp access and an accessible bathroom, the function room has an accessible bathroom, and there is parking for about 50 cars with outdoor power near the car park for electric vehicles.
